In this study, the C major scale was mirrored. This means that each Note (acoustic forward motion) is followed by an Eton (acoustic backward motion) in the same pitch or vice versa. Through overlays and combinations, different sound images and progressions are created. This piece can only be played on the -motion piano-. This is a special keyboard instrument which allows to play acoustic recordings (in this case a piano tone) both forward (Note) and backward (Eton).
